Soon is a premium minimal countdown app for Android. Users create countdowns to the moments they are waiting for (birthdays, trips, weddings, exams, flights, a baby, new year) and watch the remaining days, hours, minutes and seconds tick down in a large elegant display. Each countdown can have a title, date and optional time, an emoji, a category, a gradient theme, an optional photo the user picks from their own device, a note and a location label, and an optional repeat rule (yearly/monthly) so recurring events renew automatically. Countdowns that reach zero are not deleted — they become "Memories", an archive the user can browse. The app also offers a gallery of home screen and lock screen widget designs, a search screen, light/dark appearance, and 8 interface languages (English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic). MONETIZATION — the app is free to download and uses two revenue streams at once: 1) Advertising: Google AdMob banner and interstitial ads are shown to users on the free tier only. Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent flow runs before any ad is requested, so EEA/UK users are asked for consent for personalized advertising and can change it later. Premium subscribers never see ads. 2) Subscriptions: "Soon Premium" is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play Billing, offered as a yearly plan and a monthly plan, each starting with a 3-day free trial. Premium unlocks unlimited countdowns (the free tier is limited to 2 active countdowns), all widget designs, photo memories, premium themes, and removes all advertising. Billing, renewal, refunds and cancellation are handled entirely by Google Play; the developer never sees or stores payment card details. Users manage or cancel the subscription in the Google Play Store subscriptions screen. ACCOUNTS AND STORAGE: there are NO user accounts, no sign-up, no login, and no developer-operated backend database. Every countdown the user creates — titles, dates, notes, locations, chosen photos, themes and the memories archive — is stored ONLY in local storage on the user's own device. This data is never uploaded to the developer. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all of it. There is no cloud sync and no way for the developer to retrieve a user's countdowns, which also means the developer cannot restore data after uninstall. PERMISSIONS: internet access (required to serve ads and to fetch a small remote configuration file); photo/media access is requested only at the moment the user chooses to attach a photo to a countdown, and the selected image never leaves the device; notifications may be used to remind the user that a countdown is ending. AUDIENCE: the app is a general-audience utility, not directed at children under 13. It contains no user-generated public content, no social features, no chat and no sharing between users.
