How many countdowns can I create for free?
The free tier allows 2 active countdowns. Soon Premium removes the limit.
What does Soon Premium include?
Unlimited countdowns, all widget designs, photo memories, premium themes, and no advertising. It is offered as a yearly or monthly auto-renewing subscription, each starting with a 3-day free trial.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Google Play Store > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select Soon and cancel. Cancelling during the free trial means you are not charged. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
I paid but Premium is not active
Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore purchases. If it still does not activate, make sure you are signed in to the same Google account used for the purchase, then email us.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Google Play, not by us. Request one from your Play Store order history, under Google's refund policy.
How do I change my ad consent choice?
Open the app's settings and use the privacy options to reopen the consent form. You can also reset your advertising ID in Android Settings > Privacy > Ads. Premium subscribers see no ads at all.
Where are my countdowns stored? Can I move them to a new phone?
Everything is stored locally on your device. There is no cloud sync, so countdowns do not transfer to a new phone, and we cannot recover them for you — we have no copy. Deliberate design: nothing you write in Soon ever reaches us.
I uninstalled the app and lost everything
Uninstalling permanently deletes all local data. Unfortunately it cannot be recovered.
My countdown shows the wrong time remaining
Soon uses your device's clock and time zone. Check that the date, time and time zone are set correctly, and whether the event was saved with a specific time or as an all-day event.
The app is in the wrong language
Soon follows your device language where supported (English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic) and you can change it in settings.
